Outside formal school settings, many young people are already using digital media technologies for personal and creative purposes, and through Media Literacy training with civic intentionality, we can empower them to become socially-responsible members of society.  Project Based Learning (PBL) is most ideal in conducting media literacy activities for civic purposes.
